June review: More time for my health

In June, after some busy weeks, I was able to invest more time in my health by spending more time outdoors. I went running and sailing – I even won the Frankfurt City Sailing Championship 😊!

It’s a random Sunday. I still feel tired of the week. It was a busy week and my throat feels sore. Before going to bed yesterday, I took some medicine. My muscles ache.

February review: Doing things I love to do the hard things

I did many things in February, but not the things I needed to progress in my business. Instead, I did things I love to stay energised, because my job at the Institute was intense. After work, I spent time outdoors, sang and danced, and socialised. Only by end of the month, I managed to work on my business, and it felt wonderful!
