2. Clear Design: Make your design clear and striking
Duration:
60 minutes
For whom is it?
Scientists and health literacy experts who have created visual designs, such as figures, posters, infographics, a website etc. who want to get design advice and work directly on their designs to make it clear, striking and accessible.
What will we do?
You will bring your design draft and together we will discuss, test and implement different design methods, such as:
- clarifying the priority of your information
- adapting the layout to the priorities
- improving readability and legibility
- adjusting contrast and colours to meet the needs of your audience and the technical conditions of your channels, media and event
- fine tuning titles, labels and captions
- deleting distracting elements
What is the result?
At the end of the call, you will have a design that is more clear, striking and accessible. You will know the next steps how to improve it further. You have learned about design methods that you can use to make your future design works better.
