There are still things on my to-do list from 2023 (and 2022, 2021 …). Lots of – they suck my energy.
In order to get fresh energy, I have chosen a motto for 2024, that will relieve the heavy mental load: “Everything new!”
What would you do, if you could start all over again? Without the feeling of guilt and defeat?
“There is magic in every beginning” – the quote by German-Swiss poet Hermann Hesse gives a feeling of freshness, lightness, and optimism. This is exactly what I need.
In 2024, I will remind myself to approach each day, task, and moment as if it were my first.
