My summer bucket list 2023

Summer. It’s here already and I had time to enjoy it. Sailing, exposing arms, legs and feet to fresh air, eating ice cream on a regular basis. However, I haven’t taken the time to write a bucket list! It’s due now.

This is a kind reminder to myself that in the next weeks I want do the following things to recharge from hours of busy screen work and to stay physically and mentally healthy:

  1. Spend time outdoors
  2. Cuddle my son
  3. Have deep conversations
  4. Joke around
  5. Dance
  6. Go for runs and run faster
  7. Increase my time for exercising
  8. Be kind to myself
  9. Sit around a fireside
  10. Visit friends I haven’t seen for a while
  11. Do my tax declaration
  12. Eat regularly (yummy food)
  13. Laugh
  14. Take coaching
  15. Forget about my worries
  16. Sniffing my snuffle cloth
  17. Take my investments to the next level
  18. Progress with my health literacy design project on schizophrenia
  19. Progress with the yearbook design of my executive MBA class
  20. Progress on the T-Shirt design of one of my supporters
  21. Go to see a movie
  22. See my Russian physiotherapist
  23. Take it easy
  24. Recover from my costochondritis
  25. Travel
  26. Make plans for the rest of the year
  27. Clean my desk
  28. Install the golden toilet seat
  29. Love
  30. Be spontaneous
  31. Enjoy the hammock
  32. Give my son time
  33. Write an email to the disability officers of the other Institutes
  34. Invite colleagues for my new visual accessibility design sessions
  35. Clean my kitchen table
  36. Catch up on sleep
  37. Declutter my home for 1 hour
